As first time home buyers, he took the time to explain details of the home in a very understanding manner. The inspection report was very detailed with clear pictures and explanations and was presented in a timely manner. Worth every penny!

My interactions with the representatives from Integra Home Inspections were great. Right from the person who scheduled the appointment to Chris, the Inspector himself, they were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. It was great that they sent both an email confirming the appointment set up, but a reminder about it as well. Once on site, Chris explained what he would be doing rather than what I was expecting, which was deal with the payment right away. That, to me, is a big thing that is important- that shows they’re more concerned with getting the work done and satisfying the client than grubbing the money. Chris was pleasant and friendly throughout the process despite having to do the outside inspection in the rain. If it were ever necessary, I would be willing to go with Integra again and recommend them to others who need such services.

Mark did a great job for us! My husband and I are buying our first home together and have chosen a home built in the 1920s, so there is a lot of things we are unfamiliar with about the structure and maintenance of the home. Mark was very, very thorough on all aspects of the home, inside and out, and answered every question we had. He gave us so much advice on care, maintenance, and safety, and indicated every little thing we should keep an eye on.
