Qualifications My background consists of almost 10 yrs of Manufacturing Plant maintenance experience as an Equipment Engineer and a Control Systems Engineer as well as several years of construction experience including the construction of my own home in 2006. I first received my Home Inspector Certification from American Home Inspectors Training, AHIT and then achieved certification from the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors, NACHI. I am PA DEP Certified (ID#2621) for Radon testing using a Continuous Recording Monitor (CRM) which is the EPA recommended testing method for Real Estate transactions. I am also PA DEP (ID#2621) Certified for the installation of Radon Mitigation systems to reduce radon levels below the EPA recommended guideline of 4.0piC/L. All Wood Destroying Insect inspections (WDI) are performed by Quest Pest Control, a local fully certified and licensed company with over 20 yrs experience. They can also provide you service after the inspection in the event that any WDI are found. All water analysis is performed by a local laboratory which is fully EPA NELAC accredited.
